By accessing, subscribing to, or otherwise using any content, Discord community, alerts, materials, or services provided by Anubis Capital (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

All content, alerts, commentary, charts, trade ideas, screenshots, and educational material provided by Anubis Capital are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing we publish constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or brokerage advice, nor a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to buy or sell any security, option, futures contract, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire principal. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and the management of your own capital. Any action you take based on information from Anubis Capital is taken at your own risk.

Past performance, including any screenshots, P&L, or historical alerts, is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical or illustrative results have inherent limitations and should not be relied upon.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anubis Capital, its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or related to your use of our content or services, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, technical failures, delays in alerts, or third-party platform outages (including Discord).

All purchases, subscriptions, and membership fees are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital content and community resources, and you waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or cancellation credit.

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Access to the Discord community is granted to the paying member only and is non-transferable. Sharing credentials, redistributing alerts, screen-recording, reselling, or otherwise leaking content will result in immediate termination without refund. You agree to behave respectfully and to follow community rules; we may remove any member at our sole discretion.

All content, branding, alerts, written analysis, charts, and graphics are the intellectual property of Anubis Capital and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

We rely on third-party platforms (such as Discord and our payment processor) to deliver services. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or actions taken by those third parties. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

Any statements about potential market moves, setups, or expectations are opinions and forward-looking by nature. Markets are unpredictable and actual results may differ materially.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our services. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including those governing trading and taxation.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Anubis Capital operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
